This is what awaits you:
- Your training starts with an introduction week in a hotel in the area. Here you get to know your training establishment and your colleagues and get first insights into our products and activities.
- Over time, you create your own small task areas and take on your first responsibility in your department.
- Gradually, you learn to construct the required parts with the help of technical drawings.
- You learn various welding techniques in order to be able to manufacture precise metal parts.
- Your task will be rounded off with the maintenance and repair of various machines and systems.

You can apply for training from July in the next year
We need a cover letter, a CV, and your current certificate. Of course, you can also send us other documents such as internship certificates or training certificates.
Upon successful submission of your online application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address provided.
After your successful online application, we will inform you as soon as possible whether your application has convinced us. If so, in the next step we will invite you to a job interview. If you also convince us in this, you will receive approval and your training contract.
Your training starts with an induction day. Here you will get to know our company, some locations, your trainers and your colleagues. Additionally, after this week we will organize three more induction days so that you can arrive well prepared in your department.
