- For security reasons, guests must understand the language of the tour themselves or (only possible for group tours) bring an interpreter.
- The minimum age is 6 years with accompaniment and 14 years without accompaniment for safety reasons.
- Filming and photography in the factory are strictly prohibited.
- The tour route is about 2 kilometers long.
- The tour is mostly barrier-free. Unfortunately, a few areas of production do not allow for this. Please note that there may be short-term changes due to production.
- No tours take place on weekends, public holidays, and production-related closing days.
