TITEL_AUFGABENBEREICH_JOB
- You take over production planning and coordinate schedules/processes for customer-specific precast concrete elements
- You schedule deliveries in coordination with internal departments and ensure a smooth production process
- As an interface to production, you accompany projects operationally and ensure implementation according to plan
- You are responsible for the final quality control and document deviations/improvements
- You contribute to the optimization of processes, standards, and quality measures

TITEL_ANFORDERUNGEN_JOB
- Technical education as a construction technician or civil engineer, or comparable
- High quality orientation, accuracy, and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured working style and strong communication skills
- Experience in concrete construction/civil engineering or in work preparation/production is an advantage
- Basic understanding of CAD/IT is helpful, willingness to learn is important
